PLEASE NOTE:
ONLY APPROVED CATERING SERVICES ALLOWED. Catering, decoration, furniture rental, photography and videography are not included. Generator hire for additional lighting is the client's responsibility. All vendor arrangements require prior approval from Thoranam management. The management will not be liable for any accidents, injuries, health-related issues, personal loss, or damage occurring during the event or stay.
Thoranam welcomes only a handful of events each month, ensuring every celebration receives the full warmth and attention it deserves.

Complete the form below and we'll confirm your booking. A 30% advance is required to hold your date.
Clear terms for confirmed reservations
Cancellation requests must be shared with Thoranam management in writing by email at prabhupanth@gmail.com. Refunds, where applicable, are calculated on the booking advance received and processed after management confirmation. Refunds will be activated between 5-7 working days after receiving the cancellation communication.
Any postponement, date change, exceptional request, or refund adjustment is subject to venue availability and written approval from Thoranam management.
Management will not be responsible for cancellation in the event of any force majeure, natural calamity, or social unrest.
The use of alcohol, recreational drugs, and other banned items is strictly prohibited. The client booking the event is responsible for any unlawful activities indulged in at the venue.
The management is not responsible nor legally liable for any untoward incident, loss of property or life, accidents, etc. occurring at the venue.

Rules and regulations for pool use
Use of the swimming pool is permitted only with care, supervision, and respect for the venue property. By using the pool, clients and guests agree to follow these rules.
